BOARD OF TRUSTEES

CALLED MEETING NOVEMBER 15, 2007

The Board of Trustees of the Kennard Independent School District met in a Called Meeting on November 15, 2007, in the Administrative Office with the following members present, to-wit: Mr. Ronald Hill, Mr. Tod English, Mrs. Denise Barclay, Mr. Terry Stubblefield, Mr. Crest Adair and Mr. Roger Kellum.

Also present were Mr. Jacob Sherman, Mrs. Carolyn Harrison, Mrs. Melba Petty, Mr. Joe Ainsworth and Mr. Gary Jacobs.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.

A motion was made by Mr. Terry Stubblefield, seconded by Mr. Roger Kellum, to employ Mr. Gary Jacobs as Superintendent of Kennard ISD. Motion carried.

Mr. Tod English moved, seconded by Mr. Crest Adair, to approve the Superintendent’s Contract for 2-l/2 years under the stipulations discussed at the last board meeting. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mr. Tod English, seconded by Mr. Terry Stubblefield, to approve the salary of the Superintendent as $80,000.00 per year. Motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 6:33 P.M.
