BOARD OF TRUSTEES
CALLED MEETING AUGUST 16, 2007
The Board of Trustees of the
Absent: Mr. Pete Hammons, Mr. Crest Adair and Mr. Roger Kellum.
Also present were Mr. Gene Glover, Mrs. Carolyn Harrison, Mrs. Melba Petty, Mr. Joe Ainsworth, Mr. James Applewhite, and Mr. Bradley Durham.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
A motion was made by Mr. Terry Stubblefield, seconded by Mr. Tod English, to accept the recommendation of Mr. Glover and approve the Resolution for Sale of Property in Weches. Motion carried. (A copy is attached in the minute book).
The Board closed Open Session at 6:33 P.M. The Board entered into Executive Session at 6:34 P.M. The Board closed Executive Session at 6:35 P.M. The Board entered into Open Session at 6:36 P.M.
Mr. Tod English moved, seconded by Mr. Terry Stubblefield, to employ Jennifer Day as a regular route bus driver. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mr. Tod English, seconded by Mrs. Denise Barclay, to accept the resignation of Mr. Gene Glover, Superintendent for the Kennard Independent
