I have been asked to call an organizational meeting of our new District Executive Committee (DEC) for UIL Spring Meet.  Please post the attached Agenda consistent with the Texas Open Meetings Act.  I understand that you hate to pull teachers from classes during the day but anticipate this meeting to be primarily a superintendents’ meeting as you will notice from the Agenda.
