As the school year comes to a close, please make arrangements to pick up your child’s medication from the school clinic no later than the last day of school.
⚠️ For the safety of all students:
• Medications cannot be sent home with students or transported on the bus.
• A parent/guardian or authorized adult must pick up all medications directly from the clinic.
• Any medication remaining in the clinic after the final pickup date will be properly discarded according to district policy and safety guidelines.
• New physician orders and updated medication forms are required for all prescription medications for the upcoming school year.
If you have questions regarding medication forms, pickup arrangements, or summer medication disposal procedures, please contact the school nurse.
