My name is Natalie Haislip, and I am beyond excited to join the Kennard Tiger family. I come from a background in education that includes serving as an assistant principal at Onalaska ISD, where I supported grades 3–6 and worked closely with staff, students, and families to create a culture of growth, consistency, and care. Before that, I was a math teacher with a deep passion for instruction, and I still carry that love for teaching into leadership today. My heart has always been in education, and I truly believe in the power of strong relationships, high expectations, and servant leadership.
